WARRANTY
MONYKER products have a warranty of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.
Damages covered include:
1. Defective materials
2. Problem with workmanship
The warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions.
Damages not covered are:
1. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear
2. Damages from misuse (such as using the bag to carry unusual items), accident, negligence, abuse, improper care, transportation damage (by airlines)
3. Cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics).
